Finally got prescribed my Abilify. Now I just wait for the Vraylar to get out of my system and then I can start the Abilify. Hopefully, my mood will get better after that.

I've been meditating a little. It was the only option in this nonsense.

I started by listening to this Alan Watts one (I first listened to it was last year while really focused on an extra stim);

Alan Watts - Guided Meditation (Awakening The Mind) - YouTube

It can be really powerful for me when I'm really paying attention to it.

How to Meditate: The Exact Meditation That Cured My ADHD and Changed My Life - YouTube <-- This one is for ADHD.. I found another video that mentioned neuroplasticity with meditation.. So I'm right about how it can work.. Just practicing focus to strengthen the brain muscles.. I like the idea of mindfulness and focusing on your hands, arms etc.. It takes me out of my head - To know that you're not your mind, body, thoughts etc.. I might buy candles like this guy to focus on.

This video can benefit anyone ---> Master Shi Heng Yi – 5 hindrances to self-mastery | Shi Heng YI | TEDxVitosha - YouTube - Just watching the video of this guy feels like meditation.. Like when he speaks, there's no "Um/Uh" fillers.. He talks about clear mindedness (There is one lol so that show's he's human).

Now that I've finished all of this, my moms friend walked into the house and she's screaming (Coke induced severe ADHD - She has a good heart though we love her) and making a mess everywhere..

So yeah.. I need to focus on myself? Cuz the world is nutz..

I can’t wait to go grocery shopping next week. I have a lot of good ideas on my list of foods to get.

Oh and I'm buying some reusable produce bags. Better for the environment then using those plastic ones in the store every time for every different produce you want to get that you just end up throwing away when you get home. And they're easier to open.

I'm dissociating/panicking a bit. The only thing I can think of is that I had coffee today, and I had coffee the other day when I had a panic attack. So I should probably stop.

Coffee's a tough one for me. I can't quit it ever because it affects my mood positively and helps me wake up in the morning. But it probably causes a bit of anxiety too. I actually don't know if it causes that much anxiety for me. Maybe.

Also, I bought this kind of cool program that locks me out of my computer until I write a certain number of words or write for a certain amount of time or whatever. It's pretty cool.

Yeah, I always say I'm gonna stop but I never do. I love the energy it gives me. It outweighs the anxiety in my opinion. For the most part at least. And I don't want to stop. But it's like sometimes it gives me zero anxiety and sometimes I get really bad anxiety/panic, there's no telling what it's gonna be on any given day.

That's really neat. I like productivity stuff like that. Like there's some programs that can keep you offline or off certain sites for certain amounts of time if you're trying to focus on something else.
