I posted on here before about voices that disrupt my sleep. I get times where I feel better and then the symptoms start bothering me again. I'm getting concerned since I'm not getting enough sleep lately and I feel anxious. When I try to sleep I hear voices that wake me up again. Sometimes I get really bizzare dreams. This can't be normal and I'm having a hard time finding the right help for this.

Hi, @Rider52, I understand your difficulty. I also have voices who keep me from getting the sleep I need. I'm not in therapy now, but I think of going back to it. You say you're having a hard time getting help. I hope things will turn around for you soon. Meanwhile, please keep posting here in the forums. Many others here also have voices. Some have therapists & take medication that helps. Good luck to you!

Hello there,

I hope you are doing fine, this is very common within most VH general living or co-existing experiences. At night things get amplified meaning the 'voices' & other associated experiences.

Try to stay calm and use a distraction like placing headphones on ( inner ear ones will work better)

Also, RedSeal is something you can add to your coffee,

Also, sleep away from any overlooking windows or adjacent walls, coil spring mattress throw out and replace with foam.

Turn all wi-fi routers and phones off.

Try this and see if you noticed any improvement.

If desperate stay over at a trusted friend's house.

Take care and know this is very common we all go through this one.
