I am trying to do no caffeine after 5 pm from now on. I have been drinking coffee late at night and I think it doesn't help my sleep much.

Idk, it was a stupid idea, really, it's my only connection to other humans. My self discipline isn't that great anyway, as you can see from me being back after only 1 day

Sounds good. like one of those things you know you should do. But for me those are always the hardest to actually do. I hope your sleep gets better.

I drank wine tonight. Honestly I feel good. I think getting out earlier in the day helped. I walked to the library and paid off my late fee.

A picture showed up in my Facebook memories from 2 years ago of my textbooks from me studying when I was in college. Hard to believe that was only 2 years ago. I can’t wait till I’m back in college in the fall. I feel like that provided a lot of stability for me. These past 2 years have just been weird and not my best.

I’m sorry guys I didn’t tell y’all.

We are holding off on getting pregnant for awhile cuz I had been off my meds and the hormones would’ve been too much. I lost the baby early. It was first week of February/end of January. Since then fiancé has not wanted to try until I get my meds straight and possibly til his job starts producing money, amongst other things. And I chose to respect his feelings with that.

So we aren’t trying right now.
