Headache today. PMS I think.

I kind of want a glass of wine but after the other night I’m not so sure. Idk though. There were other factors playing into that as well though such as too much caffeine and withdrawing from thorazine, drinking 2 glasses instead of 1 and on an empty stomach.

Yeah I recommend a pdoc in a university medical school, mine have done right by me but they’re often very busy so sometimes have run late or only given fifteen minutes but they can do a lot in fifteen. When got evaluated we were all shocked it was adhd because I never had it as a child. I honestly think it’s the Abilify that caused it in me but no one is sure on that front.

I want to start tapering off thorazine again because I sleep too much. I'm gonna start getting off it again beginning tonight. I should have just stuck with it

I feel like I need a break from everything. I'm not sure what to do. I can focus but I don't know what to focus on.

If you’re sleeping more than twelve hours sure I get it but if it’s less than that I wouldn’t worry about it. Sleep is rarely normal for us.

I don't understand really how I would have it though. But the impulsivity has pretty much always been there. I guess I wish it had been treated sooner.

My plan with my past pdoc was always just treat the impulsivity with antipsychotics. That never worked.

It needs to be sunnier and warmer. I can feel it coming. Sun doesn't shine through my bedroom window but rn it's reflecting off of the wall inside.. Makes me feel better..

I need to be in a better place.

Maybe I'm actually a house plant.

Ah now I just think the Abilify causes impulsivity. Which sucks because I think it helps my depression a lot.

Yeah you're probably right, I sleep anywhere from 10 to 12 hours so I guess it's not too outrageous

Not saying that it happens to everyone though.

What's the weather like where you live? Right now here in New York it's been in the 40's which is nice but then with some random really cold days scattered throughout. Today was rainy.

I'm not a fan of summer but I do like sunshine. It does help mood especially with the vitamin D
