I felt like this back in December. I was all sunny skies and good and ready to stop seeing my doc and psych so often, stable on meds.

Now apparently I’m in the middle of a manic episode and I’m talking to my doctor every week.

If you’re feeling better you can start spacing out appointments, but I wouldn’t get rid of them completely. Never know when something could change.

I’m so unfocused still with work. Ugh. I’m barely getting anything done. I have so much work to do. I got like an hour and a half left of work.

I’m only 10mg and should be tapering down soon. I just started the lithium last night so I’m still feeling up up UP.

I meant to go grocery shopping today but I slept until 1:30pm. And it was too cold honestly I didn’t feel like waiting for the bus in 20 degree Fahrenheit weather. So I stayed home. I’ll go tomorrow. It’s supposed to be in the 30’s tomorrow so a little better.
I missed my morning meds again, that’s like the 2nd time in a couple days. I really have to get better with that, I keep doing that at least once or twice a week.

I played my Xbox for awhile today. That was nice.

Have a followup appointment with my GP tomorrow over the phone. He’s just gonna go over my records from my previous GP and see if there’s any vaccinations I need or if I’m due for a Pap smear. I hope I’m not due for that.

Anyway, I’m just enjoying the heat inside today, it was cold when I woke up because I didn’t leave it on last night and it got down to like 5 degrees or less outside.

I think I am able to do less and less as of late. I got reinstated at my job, though, so that's good. It just seems hard to get going on that. I know I have literally only one chance left though.

Anyway, my day was going better earlier.
