Thank you, Blue_Bird! It has been so stressful trying to get everything to work. My new phone is a freebie and kind of lacking in power. The touch screen gets frozen. But it's better than nothing. I almost switched to TMobile but the last time I called 611 the rep was so nice it melted my heart! He was going to send over someone from Walmart to help me set the phone up. But someone here found the Sim card on the cardboard and it wasn't necessary. Little by little it's coming together haha. It is wonderful to see you, and everyone here. I've decided I'm really rubbish at small talk. My coworkers try to small talk with me and I don't know what to say in response so I usually just smile.

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow with my GP. I made it because I've been taking my blood pressure daily and it's sort of been all over the place. The receptionist said I could come into the office but I don't want to because I don't want to be around anyone who might have COVID. But then I'm thinking she'll probably want to do that test where they monitor your BP for a day and night. Oh well. I already said I would do a phone appointment. I might have to just schedule another appointment. Last I knew she wasn't even coming into the office so I wonder what changed? It's not like the cases in our county has dropped into the red zone (we are still in purple which is the highest concentration of COVID).

I feel so nauseous and dizzy. I think it’s from my meds.

I think my therapist understands more than anyone else in my life which I'm thankful for. He's done a lot of research on autism amongst other diagnoses, and trauma. I just don't like that term- "sick" in relation to my mental health I guess. Not sure why though. Idk

I struggled a lot with that when I entered the work force again

That's how I used to be before I tripped. People at work and in high school would say "How are you?" and I'd say "I'm good.." and never asked HRU back cuz I was afraid to.. I wasn't concerned with anyone else anyways. I had a lot of **** to deal with about myself..

One coworker would tell me to smile so I'd give a fake smile.

A coworker once told me "You don't seem enthusiastic about this job" and I was like "I am" - Trying to convince him.. It was weird.

I'm so introverted that there's certain jobs that I can't do. I could do them easily on high doses of phenibut though lol..

I enjoyed my job before the pandemic.. I was just washing dishes. No one bothered me and left me alone. I made a good amount of money too.

I used to think that if I could go to work a bit intoxicated I could get a better job. I didn't though. Too risky.
