No but I hope you'll be ok.. You're not on an SSRI right? Careful it can last 12+ hours depending on the dose.

Check to make sure that there's no acetaminophen in it - Otherwise go to the ER so they can inject you with NAC to prevent liver failure.

No there isn’t I’ll be fine.

It’s just dumb of me to do these things. I just wanted to calm down and get away from these thoughts.

I’ll be fine. It made me a little dissociative and tired but that’s it.

Guess I'm taking 15 mg olanzapine again tonight. Seems like it helps quite a bit.

Does make me gain some weight though. Oh well.

I wish there was a medicine which caused zero side effects.

That does not seem to exist, however.

It's okay. I feel more level-headed on the olanzapine.

Careful das a hefty dose of olanzepine. Sometimes 10mg may be all you need =]

Always autistically looking for comfort and stimming.. But I find no comfort anywhere. Nothing I do gives me comfort. I feel constantly uncomfortable.

For a year, I've been taking a walk around the block every night before I go to sleep which I find comforting....

Maybe the 10mg abilify is helping idk. I feel like I’m being watched still. I know I know I need to wait more than one day.

I feel distracted and restless. I want to do all sorts of things but I’m stuck trying to focus on work.

I slept pretty well last night. Meds are making me sleep at least so I’m not up all night like this.

I still feel like my thoughts are being blocked and stolen and I’m destined for greatness. But I can recognize that it’s not logical.

Ugh this sucks.

It’s like it’s getting harder to mentally stay healthy

One step forward. Two steps back.

Yeah you're right. I am prescribed 10 mg, and I can take 5 mg extra as a prn. Today I'm just gonna go with 10 mg because I feel fine.

Just a thought - a suggestion - but have you seen the mental health app Sanvello? It has a thing where you can check in, do various exercises like mindfulness & meditations for specific mental health things like anxiety, has guided paths where you can learn more about how to deal with moods and stuff, and other things.

Maybe it'd help you? I have been using it now for a few months. It does cost money to get the paid features, but I only pay for the lowest level of features (I think it's like $8.99 a month last I checked). It also has inspiring quotes. Anyway, just something I thought of that could help you.

Idk what it is about apps like that, or pill cases or anything that requires routine. I can never remember.

A bit worried about my Dr. Appointment today. I'm sure everything will be fine, or I'll get another medication. Bleh. I don't know why I'm nervous. When I talked to the practice manager today she said to come in, they will do my vitals and then we will zoom call the doctor. Sounds odd. Maybe that's why I am worried about it even though I talk to Pdoc on something like zoom but healthcare oriented.

I feel distracted and restless still. Trying to focus on work. Feel a little sedated though.

I drank a shot of alcohol too probably doesn’t help.

I’m so bad lmao.

I feel like **** today physically. I think it's from taking 15 mg olanzapine last night.

Meh, I don't know if there's a way it "should" be used - but like you say it is hard to stick to it.

I still have it because I like the quotes, mainly. I don't really do anything else on there. Other than recording my mood, which I have another free or one-time payment app for that anyway...
