Hi everyone,
I have affective psychosis and a severe learning disorder. My family takes care of me and right now I am in respite care so that they can pack so we can move. The people taking care of me are nice. I’m a little shy because I need help with things like showering and I am incontinent which is super embarrassing. I feel shy about having strangers take care of me.
Sorry, I just don’t have many friends or people to talk to. My family treats me like a child.
Thank you for listening.

I'm glad the people taking care of you are nice. That must at least help a bit although I can certainly understand how having strangers take care of you would be awkward. Best wishes.

That's great! Getting to know a few people outside of your family is a good thing.
