Feeling tired today. And bored. I'm at work but yeah, not much happening. Although I wouldn't be doing much at home either. I filled out the paperwork to see the new psychologist. I have to mail it to him I guess as I am going to see him telehealth. Not sure how this is all going to work out.

My Dad brought me some fruit to work because the fruit we had in the fridge was all brown.

I feel so good on my new med combos, I can’t wait to tell my psychiatrist next time we talk. I was doing really bad for awhile.

The psychiatrist was looking through my file and apparently around this time last year I also went off my meds for a bit thinking they were poison.

I’m on my period but I can’t have chocolate because I’m doing a 60 day challenge without candy/desserts 😭😭😭

I filled out paperwork so I could see a new psychologist. I feel really effed up after writing down all the medications I take and my diagnosis and things like that. It's making me feel negatively about myself.

Hugs SK....you are super high functioning....I always see it as I may be effed up but look at everything I can do despite all that

Kit, you are not the one who diagnosed you & prescribed those meds. If the reader(s) of forms want to judge anyone, they have to know it shouldn't be you. Maybe your new therapist will be glad you were so thorough & appreciate all the information to help with decisionmaking with a brand new client?

I’m painting. When you didn’t mix enough paint and need to go back to a certain part and you can’t make that exact mixed color x.x

I guess I had a few moments of depression and despair right there. While I am (mostly) stable lately, this past couple of weeks have been very trying emotionally on me so I guess my reserves of positivity aren't so high.

Thank you Breaking Dawn. I am hopeful that this new psychologist will do me some good and I am hopeful I didn't fill out mountains of paperwork for nothing. I need to be grateful for the meds because they keep me (mostly) stable and I'm lucky I have access to them. What if I would have lived a century ago? They would have had me locked up in an asylum!

Retail therapy: I've had a couple of rough weeks emotionally. Just a ton of stuff going on with my family and then the thing with former T, argh, and something going between me and a friend of mine.

So: I bought a new dress, two new shirts, and two pairs of leggings.

I only feel slightly better.
