I haven’t left my house since Saturday. Mostly because of the weather. It snowed and it’s been awful out. I don’t want to leave now.

I'm gonna start meal prepping on certain days, that will save me a lot of time and will make sure I'm much more likely to eat healthier

I am doing pretty well today. I'd say some of the emotions I'm feeling are sad, frustrated, conflicted, and vulnerable.

Lol I came on here to tell y’all I’m writing a book too
But Amazon Kindle just came out with Kindle Vella. Publishing short serialized stories. So I’m writing one about a girl in her mid-twenties named Newt who deals with schizophrenia. Yesterday was a really bad day. Someone quit at work. Just like up and left in the middle of the shift. It's going to be really hard to fill the position. It's kind of technical and specialized. It's really going to hurt us.
I'm stressed out from everything that is going on with my sister and her husband and the kiddos. I'm stressed out with my own stuff. I see T on Saturday but I don't really want to.
