Just a quick hello! I have been an on and off active member of PsychCentral for years. It's good to see this forum get some use because in the past it was pretty slow. I have a delusional disorder of some kind--currently my diagnosis is PTSD with psychosis. I've really been struggling with delusional intrusions again so need to get back to posting here. I read some Jason Jepson articles yesterday (He is schizophrenic) which really helped me articulate to myself what I've been experiencing.

Anyway, hugs to everyone here. Hang in there--I am.

Hi @Ceara1010 welcome to the conversation. I have Schizoaffective disorder depressed type, generalized anxiety disorder, and ADHD. I've never heard of Jason Jepson. But I am glad he was helpful for you. HUGS Kit

Trying to find a store online who does book binding. So most of my paintings are on pieces of papers and not in my sketchbook. Reason why is because I mostly do landscapes and they require a heavy wash which means I need to stretch out my papers first. So I use watercolor blocks because it allows me to take out the paper. I put them in a display book once I’m done. But display book isn’t pretty. I want to combine them in a book with pretty covers. I can just bind them myself but me lazy 😂 Anyway I woke up early, had my breakfast and did some exercise. I will do laundry and cleaning once the sun is up

Is co-op same thing as employee owned or? Cuz fiancé used to work at an employee owned grocery store.

Yeah basically, it's member owned so employees and customers "own" it. However a Board of directors is what's behind the scenes. My co op is all organic natural healthy foods but they profit millions annually

I do however feel really awake and refreshed after taking both Vyvanse and having a shower. Maybe the mushroom tea yesterday evening has cleared my mind.

I'm just really upset about my environment.

I'll try meditating/practicing mindfulness. Hopefully I'll be on the right path.

So talked to pdoc....she thinks I need therapy but like no therapists that take my insurance have open appointments. Le sigh.

Mostly things will get worse with my mom and sister and she thinks I need therapy to process that as it progresses and to help spend quality time while we have it.

There is nothing out here, not one person in ten miles, they’re all in the city and some aren’t even answering phones.

So I’m considering better help but it’s 60-90 a week so roughly 400 a month. That’s basically half my pay right now so I may wait until things are worse....I can do a lot of retail therapy for 400.

Yeah I was looking for telehealth but I hate to start something so far away if it may discontinue after covid.
