Woke up depressed but did some gratitude journaling which helped a lot. Practicing gratitude is such a powerful tool for me.
I will be spending the afternoon and evening with my family. We do this every Sunday and Wednesday. I really look forward to our weekly visits. That should also help boost my mood. Hope you all have a good day this Sunday. __________________ Men wanted for hazardous journey. Small wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. I'm frustrated I keep trying to find a good program so I can do my Java programming but they're either not wanting to work with my code, or they're so padded and fancy that they're confusing. I just need something simple that will compile Java and run my programs for me!
Downloading the BlueJ now hopefully that's the one.... |

Nope. BlueJ was trash. If I wanted the program to do all the coding for me it would be perfect.

They didn’t recommend one in your class? So I briefly had to write xml but they gave us a package with oxygen long enough for the class. That’s a simple example too, I’m not sure why they wouldn’t give you something that works with java? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk __________________ Hugs! |

But I finally went back to some I tried ages ago but wasn't working and got it to work. Reinstalling and fiddling with settings worked! |

I think I’m gonna get a bubble tea once or twice every month for a treat.
I ordered a new planner. I got a Legend planner again but this time got the Pro version https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07Z4...b_b_prod_image It will help me keep track of goals and everything else I need to keep track of in my life Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I finished one question (out of five) for my first assignment! Enough for the day though.

Yikes, why when I read certain spiritual books do I tend towards not taking my meds? Then I feel like a complete failure after not taking my meds, even if it's only for a few hours. Also the covid vaccine has made me get body aches all over. It sucks. I guess at least I got the vaccine but I feel terrible right now.

Sorry I haven’t posted much lately...
I have my intake at the community mental health clinic tomorrow. I saw a doc there at his private clinic and he said it’d be better for me to see him at the CMHC since it’s closer to me and also they take Medicaid. Problem is that I told this doc last time I was taking my meds but I’m not, I’ve been worried my meds are poison so I stopped. I don’t even know if this is a delusion, the pills had no taste before but now when I put it in my mouth it’s revolting and I want to puke, has to be poisoned. The doc checked my clozaril plasma levels turns out so he’s gonna know I lied. Worried he’ll be mad at me or refuse to see me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ |

Before, During, and After Converted our dining room into a mini home gym But still need to get a mat and some more weights than what we already have. And a bar. Gonna put some pics up like wall art and then a little table in the corner we already have to place a music player. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

I went to bed and lied there from 1am-5am. Had racing thoughts. I'm not sure what that was about. I took an extra half zopiclone and half clonazepam and finally fell asleep.
Could be nicotine withdrawal. I think the nicotine withdrawal is pretty much over now though. |

I'm still gaining 3.5 pounds per month. It's really bad but I can't give up candy. Almost time for the vape break.
