Got my second Covid shot yesterday. I feel achy today and I feel really tired and my arm is sore but that's it. I'm relieved to have gotten the second shot. Now I need to wait the two weeks for the immunity to kick in.

Over the past few days I've had some voices and some visuals. At least I don't have a demon in my head right now but I am worried that the hallucinations are breaking through the medication. I don't want to take more.

I've been using a space heater to help with the achiness from the vaccine. When I go home I'll take some ibuprofen.

Social anxiety has been getting worse. Sensitivity to caffeine also, apparently. I had one cup of cold brew, and a green tea today and I felt dissociative and anxious.

I talked to the doctor about how I've been feeling with breakthrough psychotic thoughts, hypersexual, elevated mood, and the social anxiety. He's increasing my Latuda from 80mg to 100mg. He thinks SSRIs aren't good for me and wouldn't put me back on Lexapro. Which is fair. Every time he's put me on an SSRI I've become hypomanic or manic.

So I'll pick up the extra Latuda and see how that goes. Hopefully I won't have anymore breakthrough, and hopefully it helps take care of the anxiety too. Just going to limit my caffeine for now.

Didn't feel well today. Really light-headed and spacey but went ahead and got my second Covid vaccine shot. It may have been my meds making me not feel well as I don't experience the side effects every day. I think it depends on my metabolism from day to day whether or not I feel the side effects.

I continue to have delusional intrusions but I'm keeping my blinders on, assuring myself they aren't real. I did get triggered once though, but was able to calm myself down with distraction (reading and music). No. Dr. Phil is not stalking me.

Hope everyone hung in there today. Thank you for being there for all of us.

I took Tylenol to get through the second Covid vaccine experience. It's seeming to calm down now. I got it yesterday at 10:20 in the morning. That was like the worst I've ever slept though.

Worked on my first assignment again. Got finished another question. Need three more questions done for the first assignment. Slowly work through them. I'll finish this assignment, then do more review for my pre-calculus so I can work on the first assignment of my calculus course. So that's my plan.

Work was work. Wasn't that busy. I'll have some stuff to do tomorrow.

Aside from that I just feel anxious and kind of dissociative. It's more annoying than anything. My brain is also drifting into some psychotic thinking. I'll check tomorrow if they have my prescription ready. Though I don't really want to leave the house, I will have to eventually. Maybe it can wait until Friday. I have to leave the house on Friday. It's funny sometimes I'm in the mood to just get out of the house and go around everywhere, but sometimes I get anxious and don't want to leave the house.

I wish I had more to say. Some big breakthrough, or epiphany. I don't know what else to say now.

i dont think hes lying i think he just doesnt understand. i cant really get into it on here, but there are things going on that i cant deny or explain
