I feel so alone in writing my thesis for grad school. I know there are like thesis-writing groups, but my school is in a different country. I feel like since my school is so far away, that is impacting me heavily. It is literally far away as the goal of writing a thesis is figuratively far away. I will keep just trying to do it, but it's extremely difficult.

I never used to celebrate however it’s like a day or two after the first time I met the bf at Starbucks....so it’s sort of an easy holiday near the anniversary of when we met that we can easily theme and enjoy.

I wrote my PhD thesis alone....even your classmates won’t be on the same schedule or topic so it’s a solo type of act. By the time I was done I didn’t even keep a copy for myself except as a file.
