I fell asleep sometime after 9pm. Woke up at 11pm. Woke up again at 2am and I’ve been awake ever since watching TV.

I have to be up for work in about two hours. Oops.

I probably should have washed my hair last night but it was cold and I wanted to finish as soon as possible.

I didn't rescue my coffee or juice or milk so I feel dull and thirsty. At least the water was changed last night so I can drink that instead of using up a Coke. Vaping makes me so thirsty.

Feeling a little depressed. Waiting for my headphones to charge. It's so boring here.

I hope everyone's doing ok. It was warmer than I thought it would be outside, and it's sunny.

The second shot knocked me out of commission, quite honestly. Take Tylenol if you can, it somewhat helped with the symptoms I felt from the second shot.

Also, I'm doing fine today, always doubting my psychiatrist and stuff, but doing fine, and moving forward with life. I think I will give my psychiatrist another chance. Because it's really disruptive to switch and stuff.

I’ve been ranting all morning instead of working. Googling executive dysfunction instead of planning out my work. I got some work done but not enough. I have deadlines and turn around time.

So I’m reading my laptop screen and I see this large shadow figure out of the corner of my eye moving towards me. Scared the **** out of me. When I tried to look at it directly it disappeared.

Cog, I don’t know if you’re still into the whole math/God thing but there is a new book released in April by Michio Kaku called the God equation and the guy is a physicist/writer.

Got my hair cut/trimmed. Managed to refrain from doing anything to harm myself like the voices wanted. The voices are still there but they seem a little more muted today so maybe this is a good thing.

I woke up anxious again so I did some meditation and feel a lot better. It's a really pretty day out so far and I want to feel positive but worry that the delusional intrusions will wreck my day. I'll try to focus on my impending visit with my sister--we get together every Friday--which I always look forward to. I guess I can choose to NOT let the intrusions get to me even if they appear which they probably will. Meditation really helps soothe me when they start to get to me. I often do a-few-minute sessions scattered throughout the day; i just close my eyes and try to calm down and clear my mind which usually works.

I had my T session yesterday and we talked about my getting back into my DBT books to come up with some more coping skills to handle the anxiety and hypervigilance that are caused by the presence of the delusions. I've got two workbooks that I've used in the past and I'll pull them out right now so I don't forget. (Just did it.) DBT is wonderful.

I hope you all hand in there today. I'm thinking about you.

Possible trigger:
