I joined a subreddit for crochet. I'm going to commit to learning how to crochet. I won't give up until I get it right. I have the yarn and hooks

My library has extended their hours. They cut them way down for awhile but now they're back to a somewhat normal amount. I'm going today to return some books and pick up a few requests I have on hold. I have to take a klonopin before I go though, last time I walked there I had an extremely bad panic attack on the walk back that I was kind of traumatized by and don't want to happen again

I bought a bunch of cold brew coffee while I was at the grocery store today. And mini cherry pies and chocolate donuts. So much for eating healthy. I couldn't help it

I'm sorry. And I can relate. I suffer this way, too. It's horrible.

I'm sorry you deal with that too

Thankfully I just made it there and back without a panic attack this time I stopped at family dollar and bought a couple rolls of foil for baking and stopped at the library, returned my stuff and picked up all my requests with no problem

I feel so much better wearing a mask when I'm going places, not just because of safety but also because it makes me feel more confident since I feel like people can't see me, I'm more invisible and that feels good because of my severe social anxiety

That's great. I'm glad everything turned out good. And you did a lot!

I keep forgetting what to say. I overheard the SW talking about moving I think with the Roll Call 183 in the next bed. If she moves out I will be so glad.

I didn't fall out of bed again which I'm really happy about. Yesterday I was in so much pain, but I feel almost healed now! So much better!

I didn't eat breakfast so I'm hungry now. My new headphones are charging. I have no idea what happened to my old headphones. They were broken, but no one ever threw away my broken headphones before.

Hope everyone is ok. I have two podcasts I want to listen to, and that will kill about 4 to 5 hours today.

Dear @Angelique67, I'm hoping the person in the next bed moves out. I have my fingers crossed for you. And I'm so glad you didn't fall out of bed again & that you're feeling better.

Been dealing with anxiety yesterday and woke up with it this morning. I'll do some mediating after I post here. DBT always helps. I've also been dealing with lots of delusional intrusions which are helping to create the anxiety. Definitely need to meditate.

It's really nice to be back at the forums although I miss the "old PsychCentral" site. I also don't like they purged all the older posts which I have always searched on when I've been active here. There was so much great insight there.

Every Wednesday I spend the evening with my family and today is no different. I always look forward to our time together and they are very supportive of me.

After I post here, I'll do some mediation, take my shower and then practice my artwork until it's time to go to the folk's place. I'm really hoping for a nice day free from depression and anxiety and intrusions and will do what I can to see that this happens.

Hang in there everybody! I hope we all have a good day.

Ceara

Productive day, grocery shopping, walked to library and family dollar, vacuumed, cleaned kitchen (swept and mopped floor, wiped down counters), cleaned some of bathroom, took 2 trips to the dumpster to take out trash, and I'm gonna meal prep some egg salad. And I got almost 7,000 steps so far and it's only 11:30 am

Thank you so very much, @Ceara1010! I need to hear words like these. I believe in this kind of attitude, but lately I've been slipping. So painful. I wish the best for you!! And thank you for returning!!

I’m getting a burrito after work. This place has gluten-free tortillas big enough for a burrito so I’m excited. Long time since I had a burrito.

It's made with whole wheat flour and has honey, fenugreek, nigilla sativa, and cardinom (I don't know if spelled those right) spices in it. It looks like regular bread but tastes slightly sweet and the nigella sativa makes it taste almost a little nutty even though there are no nuts in the bread. It is one of my favorite breads to make. I will have to get the receipe from home and then find the baking thread on here and post it. My friend loved it.
