This is a good time to treat yourself right.

If your boyfriend having sciatica issues, it sounds like it? I had that issue for a decade and then I found out daily stretches to ease it, and it worked like magic! I don't even do those exercises anymore and they still haven't felt any issues.

After curly fries, hot dogs and ice cream and an afternoon of discovery plus beachhunters and cooking programs I’m starting to come around and pull myself out of today’s funk but it’s for sure a battle in a bigger war.

I feel like I need to lower some of my meds and get off of some of them too.

I take mirtazapine 45 mg, Effexor XR 450 mg, Abilify 30 mg, Zyprexa 10-15 mg, and Klonopin 1.5-2 mg. I feel like a walking pillbox.

Ehhh well people don’t follow the rules so the numbers go down, then keep going up. We had a full lockdown. Went down. Opened up at 50%. Numbers went up. Opened at 25%. Numbers went down. Eased up. Numbers went up. Full lockdown. Down. Then eased. Numbers went up. Opened at 33%. Numbers went up. Now it’s 10% partial lockdown.

The first lockdown they did when this all started and it was 35 cases in one day. Now it was 502 cases in one day. And the dumbasses who keep going around like there isn’t a pandemic and protesting safety measures are ruining it for everyone else.

And vaccine rollout is pretty slow because we have to rely on the US companies to get vaccines. My sister and I aren’t even eligible to get the vaccine yet.

It’s just frustrating and dumb. And sometimes I just want to browse some books in person while sipping starbucks.
