Time to make some coffee and read.

I filled out my 3 month goals in my planner. They’re:
To use the treadmill frequently, get a dental cleaning/exam and work done if necessary, get new glasses with updated prescription, lose 5lbs, finish re-reading the A song of ice and fire series. And I wrote down rewards for achieving each goal.

I had a slight panic attack today but that's after not having any for like 40 days so that's really good progress

I'm not sure if I want to get off some of my meds. Because I'm doing well. Idk though, they may be the reason I'm doing well it's hard to tell

I’m gonna see if I can take a break from internet (except Netflix) for a month. Connect to my surroundings and focus on reading a lot, exercising, meal prepping, cleaning. Take a break from the information overload and constant scrolling.

I just wonder why is it a month cold turkey. Why not try reducing slowly? You’d had a better chance of succeeding. Maybe reframe it instead of going cold turkey of no social media to limiting to an hour a day and block off time for other activities.

It’s a pandemic and there’s not much for real life socializing so you need some outlet and lifeline of support and you’ve admitted in the past of this forum being helpful. There’s nothing wrong with some internet usage.

I just don’t want to see you disappointed or isolated.

I’m eating like everything in sight. I think I’m having pms , at least it should be happening around now and it feels that way. I usually try to stick to my meal plans but I guess a couple days a month of eating whatever the hell I want isn’t so bad

Actually it's more than I thought. I went through that whole thing of iced coffee I posted on Facebook in 2 days, and a quart of coldbrew. Plus hot coffee. Omg, what's my problem. No caffeine for me for the next week

I love you but these numbers aren’t good. Maybe try limiting your caffeine a bit - but don’t stop completely that’s how you get bad withdrawal.

I think you should think about maybe even leaving a message for your doctor especially if reducing caffeine doesn’t work. I hate to say it but this much lack of sleep could be sign of hypomania and I don’t want you to slip into mania.
