Honestly SK, I think you sound kind of psychotic. Demons aren’t real in the sense that they get into your head and tell you to do things. And they don’t appear either. Demons and angels don’t appear to people or speak to us.

Thoughts can be wrong. Voices can be wrong. Perception falters and we hear and think and see things that aren’t real. Chemical imbalances mess with things.

Yeah, maybe I am psychotic. I'm on my meds though. But I do believe that angels and demons can appear to people and can talk to us. So I don't know how much of that is the Schizoaffective and how much of it is my religious beliefs and how much of it is just me being effed up.

I read a post on reddit r/meditation. Someone said that MOST thoughts AREN'T real and we should just observe them.. Look at them through class as the observer.

That's what ketamine did for me. It dissociated me away from my thoughts and this can be obtained through meditation.

With psychosis, I feel like thoughts are too closely identified with the self - Especially with depersonalization. That's just my take on it..

Antipsychotics prevent me from having positive symptom thoughts - They're gone now.. I feel pretty good.

I'm going on a hike today ^-; My mom woke me up early after I took the Vyvanse which didn't wake me up. She made me a coffee and I was pretty sure that I wouldn't wake up but I'm wide awake now. I took phenibut and a micromush dose to be happier and more mindful for the hike.

Today will be good =]

Good morning. Just a quick post as I have my pdoc phone appointment in 15 minutes.

Yesterday was a pretty good day. I only got triggered by intrusions late at night last night and I was able to sort it out in my mind. I practiced my drawing and read from one of my DBT books, then did some mindfulness practice which went really well.

Today should be a similar day although it's very overcast out and it's easier for me to be upbeat if it's a sunny day.

I expect my pdoc will increase my meds a bit because I'm still having so many delusional intrusions. I'd be okay with just a little bit more as long as it doesn't make me more drowsy.

My physical therapy earlier showed me how truly deconditioned I am from all the lockdowns (and candy). I'll have to start walking around more. My goal for a week from now is to walk to the lounge, sit and walk back. When I can do that easily I'll walk the same without sitting down.

Things have gotten more depressing lately. I should have ordered a pizza and pop today.

Yeah the lockdowns are making everyone out of shape....I barely made it around the block today

Same here, my heart was racing the other day just from washing the windows, like wow, I'm out of shape. I'm trying to walk on the treadmill more since I know how to use it now

I used to get 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day now I get 1,000ish on most days. I'm trying to work back up to 10,000 though

Speaking of working out, I've been doing this squat challenge last few days. Haven't done today's challenge yet though. Haven't started the burpee one either.

I've been going for longer walks with my dog

But other than that, yeah I'm out of shape.
