I listen to music while I work, and while I study. Sometimes I listen to music when I can't sleep. Sometimes my brain drifts and thinks there are messages in the music (like I thought before). I feel like my thoughts are being blocked on that.

Really good music though.

Idk but I think because of my psychosis and having slight symptoms of grandeur when I was sick, I feel like I have this grand meaning in life, and I work hard towards it consistently.

But like, I get what cog is saying, I guess just personally I feel like I’m destined for something big, and I could be completely wrong. I mean I’m almost 30 and nothing has happened so yes.

Omg I said almost 30 but I am 30 right now. Time passes by so fast man!

Oh, I get it. Sometimes I think grand things and think I'm destined for things. But really hurts my mental health so I focus on my goals of wanting to get into a chosen field and get my degree. I day dream sometimes...

Ate pizza. Mmmm. Now just watching TV. I felt anxious even eating my pizza in front of my mom and sister. Idk just social anxiety out of control.

I went out in public today and felt fine but no one was talking to me or anything.

I wouldn’t fire anyone until you had someone solid you like lined up for sure.

What I've learned up to this point: anxiety is relentless unless you deal with it, distraction sometimes works, I tend to underestimate my symptoms, and confusion is not a good state for me to be in.

That is true. Thanks. I feel like my uncle is sabotaging my efforts to be good with my current psychiatrist. Cause he's like "I'll get you into this other practice (the one in which he sees a psychiatrist)." My uncle is well-intentioned, and thinks I'm on too many meds at too high of dosages, but ****. What if I need those dosages?
