Good morning everyone.

I woke up in a so-so mood but after journaling for awhile, I feel much better than that. Lately, I've been including a gratitude section in my journal entries and it really helps me keep a perspective about things. However, I am feeling a bit anxious after being triggered this morning.

I had my T appointment yesterday and it went fine. We talked a lot about the benefits of DBT which I practice daily most of the time.

This afternoon/evening my sister will be over for dinner and either a movie or a TV show. (We've been watching SHitts Creek a lot)

Even though I'm not working (I wish I was) I still feel excitement when Friday rolls around and I'm feeling that now. I guess it's from years of working and school that has conditioned me to feel that way. Of course, I always get together with my sister on Fridays which I look forward to.

I had an appointment with my care coordinator today. She just did a questionnaire about anxiety and depression and asked me what was going on. It was a short call maybe 10 minutes. She said I scored severe on depression and moderate on anxiety. And she asked when I see pdoc next and when the last time I had been hospitalized was. She's calling me back in a week and a half.

I'm gonna try and read tonight and forget that I had a bad relapse. I feel better from alprazolam. I took 5mg of the PRN olanzepine that I had + phenibut. I'll get back on track.. Idk why I'm being so self destructive.

Alcohol is so bad for my mental health I should know better but I thought that I changed after a year.

Weight comes off very slowly. At least that's my experience when I lost 100lbs. Even if you're not noticing changes on the scale it's still making a difference

You should measure yourself more by how you feel and how clothes fit rather than weight. Muscle is denser than fat so you may lose 5lb of fat but lifting weights gain 5lb of muscle and lose half dress size.
