My workout clothes are being delivered today. So tomorrow it’s back on the treadmill for 45 minutes. And I’ll have that exercise/food journal so I can keep track of things

My apartment complex is having a series of adult cooking/nutrition classes over a couple weeks. I’m gonna go to them. And you get some free cooking tools and a cookbook too.

Just to enjoy the time I have here without the nonsense. I live with my mom and I've hiked/ski'd too much with her friends.. The parties, insanity.. It was OK I suppose. But now I know that it's nonsense in a way and I must leave. My mom is mentally ill. My mom doesn't however tell me how to live my life - She just encourages me and loves unconditionally no matter what I do - Even when I was using a horrific amount of drugs. Your mom is a little toxic - I was abused in that way for the longest time.. My ex step dad didn't want me to be productive for my own self, he wanted me to do things for him because he saw in himself laziness and needed to control me - Anytime I resented, gaslighting happened. I was manipulated to ****.. But yeah.. I'm glad that I'm out of that. People can be depressed because they don't have a job or don't go to school, no partner, toxic family relationships, etc.. Antidepressants may not work with those type of things. I wasn't asked at all about any of these things when I was a teenager. I was just medicated and asked about symptoms. I would have resented the whole thing now if I wasn't OK now - Maybe I'm OK because I'm not in that toxic place anymore so I'll never know. I did things that turned out to be useless in the end - But I've learned from what does and doesn't make me content/happy.. Like doing things for soul purpose of more money.. I'm more aware - I still don't question a lot of things but now people are in the worst situations of their lives and brainwashed traumatized people are deep into their identities.. I'm glad I don't have much of one right now - It's scary... Where does the fear come from? Feaarr.... You need good meds + Meditation. Plan maybe write your mom a letter about how you feel - Or just keep posting here. We are listening at least.. |

Ugh. Getting my hair done this weekend. Highlighted and cut/styled. That's like 2.5 hours of small talk! I can't do this. Well, I can, I don't want to. But I want to get my hair freshened up so I have to endure it.

I hate afternoons/early evenings when it’s still bright outside. I feel like my symptoms are worse that time of day for some reason, I do better early in the morning or later at night

I finally have a full set of measuring cups. This will make baking much easier. With my old ones I was missing a couple and the handles were broken
