I feel like crap - I applied for several full time jobs, and one got back to me, now I feel like canceling the interview because I know I can't handle it.

I’ve been trying to quell my sugar cravings by eating a teaspoon of syrup every now and then.

I want to buy methylmethcathinone but I'll try and work with my psychiatrist and see if I can adjust my meds properly cuz he seems to be doing a really good job especially since I'm not buying hard drugs anymore. I see him in 2 weeks.
I told him about phenibut which is a good antidepressant for me but I can only take it 2 times a week or else there's severe withdrawal. I took a double shot of tequila cuz I feel mental pain/suicidal thoughts. It will do for now - Probably might make it worse though. |

Going grocery shopping today, just to get a few things.

So giving my dog anti-anxiety meds throughout the day yesterday really curbed her barking. She's even still sleeping, not getting me up at 6am to give her her apples. She did wander around the apartment some, but she didn't bark much so that's good.
I woke up with a little anxiety this morning and will do some DBT after I post here. It's anxiety over the possibility of having delusions, I think. It's also anxiety over my dogs barking problem. (Worrying that she's going to start barking again and disturb the neighbors.) Despite the anxiety, I feel positive. I'm going to be visiting with my family today and that always puts me in a positive mood. I really look forward to hanging out with my family and I'm so grateful for their support.
