It depends on the flower type...mums like she’s got typically will last two weeks....other flowers sometimes come in bud form and therefore last longer. Also being out of th sun and using the preservative they come with helps.

Honestly I don't like fresh cut flowers. I prefer a nice perennial plant. They last a lot longer. I personally think fresh cut flowers are a bit of a waste. I get that thought process from my mom.

In theory I'm spending the day studying. If I can get myself to focus. I've had trouble focusing lately. I feel stable mentally, but I get easily distracted a lot.

They are a waste if you can only afford one or the other, but a lot of us have no where to plant a perennial. When I had the money I would buy cut every week.

Have an apartment inspection coming up Monday.
Hopefully it goes well.

Had to have maintenance over yesterday to help fix something.

I’m probably gonna watch Elf today.

Had a good breakfast today (healthy). A banana and some plain fat free Greek yogurt w/ hemp hearts sprinkled on and some walnuts.

Fair enough. I was sad when i realized I couldn’t afford a house with a yard and had to settle for a condo....I made a promise to myself I could get whatever disposable plants I wanted as a replacement.

Yeah plants that are alive would be a better option. But I suck at growing flowers. I also turned them into dried flowers when they die then turn them into potpourri
