I ate too much sugar today. But I'll forgive myself. I'm kind of giving myself kind of week off eating super healthy as like a gift to myself since my birthday is this coming Friday

I thought that the Dexedrine IR tablets last 6 hours but they only last 2-3 hours. I'll need another 10mg. My psychiatrist says I can go up to 15mg XR in the evening so I'll see what he says about it.
I took an extra 10mg this supper and feel bad about it - I hate waiting so long to get an appointment when I'm not doing well. I think that's one of the main problems with treating mental health is that it takes too long for meds to kick in, to see the doctor again, to adjust the meds etc.. It's 2021 ffs but at least better than the 40's-70's etc |

I talk to my doctor tomorrow afternoon.
I feel a bit depressed still. It’s creeping in. I also feel often that people are talking behind my back. I had a shower tonight and it was hard to do. I thought again my hair wasn’t clean and shampooed it five times. Wasted so much water and shampoo. I feel the OCD stuff just below the surface waiting to come through. Standing on the floor a couple times I felt like I was sinking into it. It’s a weird feeling. So I’ll tell my doctor all this tomorrow when I talk to him.
