So I saw Loki, and I'm floored. I'm really excited. I never used the word rad before today, but I officially used it today. = ) lol

Apparently Marvel is going to use Blade with phase 4 which is very strange, but whatever, I just want more of this stuff, (pats arm vein twice)

Anyway, I watched it with my friend. She said the falcon and winter soldier one is good too. I should probably give it a try given that I loved Wanda and this. I'm blown away at how cosmic this was, I didn't expect it to be this... weird lol

Anyway, tomorrow I have to run some errands so Ill be off work. Work went well. I'm getting better at managing. This new kid is pretty good too. Always in a good mood, works hard, I told him I liked radiohead and 4 hours I asked him what he was listening to and he was listening to radiohead. He's a cool kid.

I somehow managed to get that job interview back since they were willing to consider someone part time instead of full time. I cannot do full time right now. But part time would be good. Anyway, that interview is tomorrow.

I like to face my problems head on because I'm too curious but it seems like I've just been getting bad luck lately.

I feel like every piece of me is damaged because I can't let go of the toxicity of what those people said in the video chat. My self esteem has become very low. I realize that I need to change and stop avoiding pain. I feel like I'm manifesting a self-torturous hell.

I feel like I don't care about myself or like I don't even want to. What's the point? I've been around so many sociopaths. Idk if I really take anything seriously. People are like "I must do this because this happened in life". I don't get it. I never felt like I had a choice in anything - And I'm a long way from ever standing up for myself. Assertiveness feels like aggression because I've been so beaten down that any time I try, it's at the wrong time or unneeded. It's like I want to fix things NOW.

Maybe I have a form of psychosis. My thoughts are mixed with mystical forces or demons controlling all of my thoughts - Maybe OCD.
You still care though, that's why you feel tortured, that's why you still think this way. I feel like we share a few symptoms. We've lost a lot, some things that people can't grasp, and us, being hyper-aware, we torture ourselves about it because we *do* know what we lost. Still though, never forget that you care, even if it's in a different way, we still care. That's what sets us apart from sociopaths.

Made some hard boiled eggs to have aroundRoll Call 185 now I’m just reading.

I’m supposed to go see my friend Sunday but it’s gonna be really hot so I’m not 100% sure. I might wait, so I don’t get overheated which I do easily in the heat because of the APs Im on. (When I go I have to walk to his place which is like a 30 minute or longer walk away.)

Had really nice dreams. I'm happy that my last dream ended at 6:56am before the alarm went off

Took 60mg of vyvanse.. it didnt do much.. But got out of bed and made it to work.

I left my nicotine gum at home D: I need to go to the pharmacy and buy more.. I dont want to buy more though. I'm only going to do this a few more times.

I see my psychiatrist in 2 weeks and he'll give me another 3 months refill of my meds + lower Invega Trinza to medium dose maybe heh. I haven't had psychosis in 6 months since I used ketamine.

Idk what my work days will be.. so I'll just go wash dishes and cut vegetables I guess..

I had a nice day yesterday with minimal anxiety. I practiced my drawing some (no images of Dr. Phil) and finished a DBT book my last T gave me that I've been reading. Then I went to the folks' for our usual Wednesday evening visit. Got home about 10pm.

I tend to feel positive on Thursdays because it's the day before Friday and Friday means the weekend. So, I'm feeling upbeat this morning. I've got my T appointment this morning, too, which I look forward to.
