Look into Jill Bolte Taylor....she’s got a Ted talk and two books. She lost her inner voice due to a stroke but it gave her a sense of peace, Nirvana if you will. It did come back later.

I had a good session with my T yesterday. She said delusional intrusions about Dr. Phil stalking and attacking me are from my subconscious. It's me abusing myself for not doing things I think I should. That makes sense. She suggested I start using a worry rock--a rock I can hold to help me stay grounded when I get triggered. I have just the thing, a really pretty, blue-green, polished rock. I haven't tried it yet, though. I forgot to hold it when I checked my email this morning but nothing there triggered me. I've placed the rock on my phone so I won't forget next time.

It's Friday so my sister and I are getting together this evening as usual; I always look forward to out visits. But I'm not in my usual happy Friday mood. I guess it's because I woke up a little anxious this morning. I feel better now that I've journaled.

I did a translation contest thing this morning - so I am waiting for the results for that.

I'm cleaning my office. The bosses will be here the week after next. I have a lot of paperwork and binders and stuff from the old ownership in my office which doesn't belong to this new company so it is hard to make it look particularly nice. I got rid of some paperwork. I hid some more in a box and stowed the box under the table in my office along with two other boxes that belong to the old owner. I don't know what else to do. Other than that I feel like my office is fairly clean. It's just sort of cluttered from the old owner.

I couldn't go to the apartment complex grill out thing today because I've only slept 4 hours in like 55 hours. And I started having hallucinations and just felt weird. But the apartment manager called me, I told her I wasn't feeling well and she had security bring me up a takeout container with everything. It has a burger, a hotdog, BBQ chicken, pasta salad, potato salad, a giant piece of watermelon, and a can of Canada Dry ginger ale

I was trying to study but ended up on Wikipedia reading articles. I ended up on human rights abuses in Saudi Arabia. Another day wasted.

But at least I got new shot glasses and a t-shirt.
