Anyone tried keto? Is it better or worse for you?
I tried it to the best of my ability for four weeks and it seemed to exacerbate voices for me. I've heard it works well for some though. I'm thinking of trying it again but maybe add more whole foods such as fruits and legumes. It felt like it had pros and cons but I definitely couldnt live with those voices going that nuts on me.

I've been keto since the holidays and it hasn't exacerbated my delusion symptoms but it has greatly reduced my hunger from my Olanzapine. I gained a lot of weight on Olanzapine and have lost much of what I gained since going keto.
