Hi,

I have started to experience quite heavy dizziness combined with a disturbed sleep routine, e.g. not sleeping, getting up in the middle of the night, going to bed very late. Lately there has also been some strange self-talk about green children and small pixie-like people.

I recognize the sleep disturbances and perhaps some of the dizziness and the strange self-talk as the beginning of psychosis, as this is what happened last time. There is also a great deal of stress around me as well as being completely isolated.

I am doing CBT at the moment, I have seen psychiatrists and contacted everyone I can, including my doctor but I'm sure I could be doing more.

Any ideas?

Are you taking any antipsychotic medication? It might be worth seeing a doctor/psychiatrist about the symptoms you're having. Is the CBT helping?

Hello, Very interesting account I found this very insightful as I have experienced some of what you have outlined within my personnel experience's of this 'thing' , could I ask if you have had any
experience's of head sensations or strange little abnormalities occur within your local environment at all with regards to this occurring within your daily routine of which was not evident before this first started to happen to you.
