Hi,
I have started to experience quite heavy dizziness combined with a disturbed sleep routine, e.g. not sleeping, getting up in the middle of the night, going to bed very late. Lately there has also been some strange self-talk about green children and small pixie-like people. I recognize the sleep disturbances and perhaps some of the dizziness and the strange self-talk as the beginning of psychosis, as this is what happened last time. There is also a great deal of stress around me as well as being completely isolated. I am doing CBT at the moment, I have seen psychiatrists and contacted everyone I can, including my doctor but I'm sure I could be doing more. Any ideas? H |

Are you taking any antipsychotic medication? It might be worth seeing a doctor/psychiatrist about the symptoms you're having. Is the CBT helping?
