IOP Pdoc is changing the Latuda to 100mg. He asked me if I would rather be IP because of the hallucinations. I was like, no. He was like, don't you think you'll be safer there? I was like, probably, but no. So he increased the medication instead. I need to think about whether I need to be IP or not but I really don't want to be IP. Bleh.

I’ve never been so excited for getting food stamps… I got my card today and it had over 460 something dollars in it and should be getting over 200 dollars a month in food stamps by myself. I actually can get fresh fruit now and can explore healthier options.

My grandmother annoys me. She's like my mom. They both irritate me so badly. It's the reason I am the way I am and the cause of all of my suffering!

No but..

The reason that my parents divorced was because my dads mom (My grandmother) always wanted to compete with my mom - And my dad always defended my grandmother and never took my moms side. My grandmother would be like "Oh my hair looks like (My moms) doesn't it??".

My mom wanted a harp so my grandmother bought one. She sold it recently for some extra money and it's worth thousands of dollars. My dad got mad about that because he was going to give it to my mom when my grandmother dies. My grandmother was like "I don't want people to think that I have no money" while my dad pays for everything.

I think my dad is going nuts

Possible trigger:

He said he hopes she just jumps off the bridge and drowns in the freezing water

My family is too dysfunctional. It's sick and twisted.

My grandmother told my dad that I seem "Not self centered.. but something else"... I think it's cuz I'm always used to being in therapy idk

I have a therapy And pdoc intake today...going to have to share my story twice over but at least I’m getting care now.

My psychiatrist just called me to reschedule next Tuesdays appointment to Thursday next week.

Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with my primary care doctor to discuss meds. Hopefully I’ll finally get some relief to my GERD and severe PMS.

I’m going to try to get a dentist appointment on Friday if they have anything available. And I need to schedule an appointment at CVS to get my flu shot sometime next week.

Maintenance finally came over to put my smoke detectors back up. They changed the batteries in both of them, so now they won’t randomly go off.

Walked to CVS today and picked up some of my meds.

CVS receipts are so long. Look at the length of receipt I got for picking up 2 meds.

I'm going to try to start walking around town a lot to get in better shape, since it's cooled off outside. Also, the treadmill isn't working right now and I need to get some exercise. I should walk all the way to my old college, that's a very long walk, I use to walk there all the time. Explore the town a little, maybe go into a store/shop I've never been in, which is most of them lol There's an Irish store downtown I've been wanting to check out forever but I've never gone for some reason. I might go buy a little something

I was feeling paranoid because my case manager didn't text me back after I texted him yesterday. So I was convinced they were having a secret meeting to kick me out of IOP based on what the pdoc said about going to the hospital. So I texted him today and was like, R--what's up? I'm feeling paranoid. Are you trying to kick me out of IOP? He was like, "Oh no, you're good. I just had a lot of client crises yesterday." Whew. I still feel a little paranoid. But I am going to try to trust that he doesn't want to kick me out of IOP.

Still have one more therapy background thing to do but I like both her and my pdoc also a her. Pdoc said it was so pleasant to talk to someone who understood the medicine...

I think I fell asleep while listening to my daily bible study podcast this morning. I was listening to it then all the sudden it was over and I didn’t remember anything. I have a habit of falling back asleep for a bit after I wake up

I’m not taking my Thorazine just for tonight. I can’t risk over sleeping for my doctor appointment which is super early in the morning.
