I’ve had a bad dry cough since Friday and also was having some diarrhea for a few days. My care manager said I should be tested just to rule it out. I think the cough may be from my silent GERD flaring up because I had a similar cough two years ago but she just wants me to make sure it’s not Covid first. Yea, it seems like everything can be covid with the collection of symptoms that can be involved, at this point. I hope it's nothing and you are feeling better!

I just got back from my appointment. They said they couldn’t do the testing because the the testing system is down, for all the CVSs in the area right now. So that was pointless.
I wish they could have notified me before I bothered going there. They kept sending me reminder texts about my appointment up until I got there. I ended up staying up late last night and I slept pretty well. I think I'm a night owl.

I'm hoping my Yoga Journal magazine comes in soon. I bought a year subscription to it. I love those magazines. I used to check them out of the library sometimes. I love yoga, meditation, mindfulness, etc Plus they have a lot of good healthy recipes in there, and advertise products that are eco-friendly

My sister's friend/roommate had her baby yesterday. What a cute little guy. She named him Bentley! I got to see some photos today.

Called my doctor's office today to see if they had the results from my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound yet. The front desk person said that it has been taking 2 to 3 weeks to get results from the imaging center lately and that they will give me a call when they have them. So I guess it's just wait tight for a while longer. I'm not overly concerned but it's been a week and I thought they would get the results by now. I guess some aspects of medicine is slow.

I am still worried about the pandemic - it seems like the vaccine isn't necessarily working too well. I don't know. Maybe it's irrational to have fear about this still, but I'm afraid of everything opening back up.

The vaccine is preventing hospitalization but you can still get a mild case...given how much the virus mutates we are lucky it’s working at all. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk __________________ Hugs! |

I need to make an appointment with my primary care doctor. I'm gonna call and make one tomorrow. My silent GERD is getting really bad. The acid reflux, dry coughing, trouble swallowing food. I need to get on meds for it again

I have so much shyt going on lmao
Between the extreme fatigue of pregnancy, my appointments every week, and trying to clean the house for the nursery… I’ve got to keep running my business I started. Take care of the pets which they are acting so crazy maybe due to me being pregnant. Sassy been acting like a complete bytch honestly to me and jerk. Trying to work on these finances more, and insurance for baby, and stuff. Dealing with my parents issues which I feel like I shouldn’t but I am. It’s very sad too to hear my dad tell me Hes very lonely at his house alone and I feel like I need to keep him company. Blah More stuff but I’m tired of typing honestly lol __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

I should take a break/cut back online for a week. It's making my stress/anxiety levels worse. Spend more time reading, meditating, and exercising. My anxiety is consuming me
