I've been a promotion customer of a cell phone service company here.. For years, I've never missed a payment and always got the best deals.. There was a promotion for "40GB of data" and I clicked on it (I have 20GB on the Samsung Note 9) and it said that I could get the 40GB + buy the "Samsung Z Fold 3" for 170 dollars a month (My current bill is 140). They took 530 dollars off of the device as a special offer + I can get ~700 for returning my current Note 9 + an extra 30 dollars a month is only an extra 720 for 2 years. I got a 2800 dollar phone + 40GB of data for FREE. That's a steal man. It's the phone that I wanted too. I ordered it. |

I have an appointment with my therapist on wednesday. Hoping we can talk about how to lessen/minimize the OCD symptoms.
I got a workbook from the library on it. But I want help/advice from her as well. At our last appointment said she had a worksheet or something we can go over about it at our next appointment. I probably inherited it from my mom. She had OCD. Along with other mental illnesses which I also got too. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I definitely have some ocd symptoms. I am not quite sure what helps me with them, probably just meds, honestly. I know certain meds can be helpful for it. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

I mean it helps to a certain extent. It would probably be worse if I was off it. But there’s still a lot of stubborn symptoms that won’t leave I’m thinking my best bet is CBT __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I think Effexor helps me with mine to some extent. I don't know if you've tried that.

Lexapro made me manic. I’ve been on celexa, Paxil, Prozac. All the main SSRIs. Paxil helped my anxiety a lot but I got off it because Zoloft was better for depression and I was struggling with a depressive episode a year ago so I needed something to help that. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Yeah idk then. I'm sorry you had that reaction to Effexor.
Maybe therapy is the best way to approach it. Hoping you have some success with that! __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

Thanks, I hope so too! I’ve been doing some stuff on my own with CBT and it’s been helping the past week or so. I’m sure it will help even more with guidance from my therapist.

Molly therapy will be legal soon and you will all be healed under the great guidance of the love stim
No jk.. A lot of research needed for that and ket, mush etc.. But in ~10 years, there will be much improvements to mental health + New psych meds, greater understanding of psychology, science, anthropology, meditation and other spiritual healing under brain scans etc.... We don't have any idea on how to predict the future which = anxiety.. Just I think for you guys, if you can get the anxiety under control, that's one of the most important. |

I actually slept last night. Without Thorazine. That’s like unheard of for me. I think I may actually be able to come off it finally, then just stay on my other meds. I have permission to do this from my psychiatrist by the way. She said I don’t have to take it if I’m able to sleep without it. I can just take it if I can’t sleep for several days in a row.
Current psych meds: 200mg Zoloft 300mg Wellbutrin XR 1500mg Trileptal 12mg Perphenazine And 400mg abilify monthly injection __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Well I guess it’s time to read for a few hours before I go to bed
Might have to take a klonopin, having really bad anxiety tonight Edit: Yeah I just took one. It had been 11 days since last taking one so it should be alright __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Ugh I'm having a really bad panic attack
I keep checking my pulse to make sure it's still there and that it's not doing anything weird. And I feel like I'm dying. I'm going to ask my doctor to take me off Wellbutrin. I feel like it could be contributing to my anxiety __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi
