I can always tell that I am getting delusional when my eyes go out of focus. It's a sign I am becoming delusional. It's embarrassing for me. I am so consumed by my delusions. I used to think it was the medication that made my eyes go out of focus. But that's preposterous. Why would the medication make me more delusional? The medication is anti-psychosis. At least I have enough insight to realize these things now...

I am so sorry you are burdened with such a crushing weight. You show a lot of insight into it. I think you are very heroic!

Have you been to a neurologist? You could have a physical illness like migraines making your eyes unfocus. I personally get something called an optical migraine where sections of my vision are blurred and sections are clear but I don’t have pain.

Thank you for this. I think you are right. I get that, too. It feels like my vision/thinking is "muddy". I think I will look around for neurologists in my area. Thanks!
