Hey it’s Zelda I have schizophrenia/bipolar schizoaffective/DID as well that’s my first diagnosis but lessoning to music dosnt do anything to the voices because their literally in my head but they talk about the song wile I play music they are imaginary friends/personalities the meds just help them be nice and calm their is 45 of them and I see them as a whole and In the mirror have a good night I also have delusions that I’m a spy government hacker even though I never hacked or worked at them before have a good night

Usually medicine helps the most but sometimes singing also helps.

I have tried a lot of things but I have been taking my meds it just makes them nice and not violent I’m on the most powerful anti psychotic it makes me hungry and sleepy zyprexa 20 mg and 5 mg is what I’m on I don’t talk to them and I can still function have a good day
