Going grocery shopping tomorrow, getting all healthy stuff. Except the eggnog, that's not healthy, but I have to have that since it's the season for it and I love it.

I'm proud of myself, I vacuumed, cleaned the trashcan and put a new trash bag in, did laundry, did the dishes, stuck to my meal plan today

I'm wondering if the stimulant and Effexor would synergize for me. That's why I'm thinking a little dose of Effexor would be ok.

But I feel very good now.. I went a little nutty, chewed a mush gummy and then made a strong coffee which calmed my mind and then took my afternoon stim dose.

I can't believe the drastic change but I give myself credit for ignoring the situation and just going on about with my day - To do the computer things.. Projects.. Idk..

Edit: Nah I'll just quit the phenibut etc.. I'll see how I am with ONE WEEK, just prescribed med. But it will take about 2 weeks of tapering.

Be gentle with yourself. It's very hard to get accustomed to being without any drug so take your time with tapering down/off any and all stuff you're using.

Do you really think you should sell your apartment? With housing getting more expensive, I'd hang on to any real estate you already have. But I may be totally wrong about it since I don't know much about it.

My mom sold my condo 🤕

The oil sands are starting back up so it could have been a good investment still. Oh well.

I have to get rid of some of my stuff. I have too much stuff in my opinion so I'm going to try to cut back on the amount of physical stuff I have and be a little more minimalistic

In 2013 I was put on cymbalta at the inpatient psych ward. I liked it, when I was there. But it's a very hard drug to taper off because it only comes in huge increments.

I tried to take it again when I was at home but I got too nervous about any side effects.
