I was 19 when I was first Diagnosed and just learned I also have Bipolar with psychotic Features 20 and schizoaffective bipolar type and DID age 22 last time about two years ago went my Imaginary friends are still nice

A lot of us have one or two of those but docs often call the same thing different things based on their opinions and getting you meds. So bipolar with psychotic features is basically the same as sza bipolar type but it depends if you hallucinate in or out of mood episodes. Usually it’s one or the other though and it will depend on your doc which one they pick often more because of what med they want to give and what it’s indications are as much as anything else.
