Hi, I found this group a while back but haven’t really gotten involved, I am female and have schizoaffective bipolar type.
My question is is it worth it to take an art therapy class? There is one online I am considering. I am on the fence.

I'd say give it a go! Can't hurt. When I was in the hospital for SZ I was really happy when we had art therapy classes and music therapy.
