I just dropped a cup filled with water onto my laptop, I was taking a medication and I kind of choked/coughed, and the cup just slipped out of my hand,it was closed so it got onthe top cover but nothing important thankfully, it seems to be okay so far, I'm using it now, water didn't get into any of the important areas, I wiped it off/cleaned it immediately the second after it happened

Doing okay. Just stressed cause I was with my family for a while. And I turned off my phone for an hour. I meditated with a candle. I just can't take the phone addiction I have anymore. I need to either just come to terms with using it for certain things, or I can just turn it off for extended periods of time. I hate being attached to my phone.

I do feel somewhat calmer than when I had my phone on though. I also wrote in the journal.
