I’m on 819mg every three months injection of invega trinza and 6mg daily of risperadone. When i missed my injection by a week I’m thinking bizarrely until I get my injection of invega. I’m the apeman….

Smoked too much weed, watched a disturbing video and had the feeling of paranoid schiz. My cognition will need to recover.

That list looks really pleasant WA. I need to be more simple like that. But am very impulsive.

My cognition has been 60% restored. Woosh.. Reality is a weird thing. And I'd hate to lose touch with it forever - But one thing I know.. is that common delusions are true. You just got to laugh about them though. It's the only way - Once you are as wise as a small goat.

Thank you for posting this, I just downloaded the pdf to my laptop so I can look at it whenever I need to

Here’s a cool self-care app I got, it’s called Finch, it’s available in the App Store, it’s free (you can upgrade it but I’m using the free version and it’s fun), you get a virtual pet that grows with you as you complete goals and stuff

I want to get back into learning Italian, I took an Italian class in college and loved it and didreally well in it. I'm thinking of getting back into studying it on my own for awhile, just using stuff like duolingo for now, that class was a few years ago, like 2017 I think, and I haven't kept up with studying so I'll have to start with the basics again. But it should be a fun thing to do. One of my goals is to get good enough in it to read a whole book in Italian. Eventually I'd like to learn Japanese as well. Maybe I can study both at the same time, they're both not Latin based, and very different from each other, only Italian is Latin based, so it shouldn't be too difficult to keep them separated in my head and not mix them up

My first day volunteering is tomorrow. A little nervous, hope it goes okay. I'm looking forward to it though. I can do it, it's just 2 hours. Once I get through the first initial day the rest of the days I'll be less anxious. I don't think they're going to yell at me and get mad at me if I make a mistake or something. The more I get out of the house and do things the better I feel. Also it will feel like I'm doing something meaningful with my time.

Anxiety. I should have went for the hike with my mom - and not drink alcohol when my psychiatrist told me to take clonazepam for these cases.

I know I'm making things worse for myself. I'll try harder.

I took olanzepine and I'll see if that helps before taking benzo (Angelica I think told me this) - Not to just take both.

Edit: I'll build myself up to trying therapy again. Every time I want to call the clinic, it's the weekend or too late in the day.

Edit: I'll make some effort to meditate too. This song I'm listening to.. It was a song I listened to on the computer when I was like 10 years old - I felt completely elated, first time ever using a computer, listening to songs before anyone came home.

Is my life worthless.. Or why had it to be like this. It's for sure a good thing. And I'll continue to laugh at absurdity, have good morals etc.. And just be a soul, floating throughout dissociating dimensions.
