Got a new pup. Her name is Zoey Adele. I named her Zoey and my Mom added the Adele part. She's a 2 year old tri color beagle. She's a rescue. I let her sleep with me. All 22 pounds of her. She's adorable. I love her so much. I am missing her right now since I am at work.

I have a huge bald spot on top of my head where my headphones sit. I have to get serious about fixing it. I can switch to bt earbuds , and try a hair growing remedy.

My new tarot cards are awesome. The artwork is so cool. The guidebook that came with them is nice too. I am learning about the different card interpretations and stuff so I can do a reading for myself tomorrow for fun.

I watched the 6th episode of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series. I'm looking forward to the next episode , this past one ended on a major cliff hanger

I took 5mg of olanzepine (Instead of 10mg) for 3 days in a row now.

I'm going to take 5mg, and continue with 10mg tomorrow.

It just feels like a piece of me is missing, and all I'm doing is staring off into space

I just want to feel LSD feelings.. the magic of life. My mom said that "It comes with experience - I don't feel LSD feelings - You have to be on LSD to feel those, or be mentally ill - So tomorrow get your butt out of bed and do things with me" (Such as hiking, etc).

Olanzepine does really help with my cognition though. And I've come so far.. I just don't want to be on it for the rest of my life.

But like my advice to you guys, 5-10 years?.. Cures, new technology.. I was watching the news today about things that Canadians eat, anxiety, mood changes, IBS happens.. And to "Treat anxiety with psilocybin, cannabis" - Like the news literally said that.

Things are changing madly.

I'm volunteering Wednesday, still nervous even though it went okay the last 3 times. (aside from the panic attack)

I had dissociative panic a LOT for a couple years then it seemed to stop. Im not on zyprexa (used to be a long time ago) but am on Zoloft, trileptal, abilify, thorazine. I'm not sure what helped but at some point when I was going through various med changes it stopped thankfully.

I still have panic attacks but they're usually not the dissociative type anymore for some reason

I got up early (6:10am) and did laundry and did all the dishes, ate breakfast, fed the cats, took my morning meds, got dressed etc. Walking to the store in a little while. Then exercising when I get home, and cleaning the apartment. It's only 9am now, I feel like the day is off to a good start.

Zoey (my new dog) sat with me last night in the chair, in my lap. She's almost a bit big for a lap dog but we make it work. And then she slept with me again. This morning she sat with me again while I was waking up/watching the news. Then she sat on my bed while I got ready. I love her.

I am kind of depressed today. I get these moods occasionally when I feel this way. No way out of it but through.

I guess I feel like having the expectation of having to be extremely productive every day is something I struggle with. It has been amplified lately.
