I'm so overwhelmed that I'm scared. I don't know what to do. It's like I'm drowning in the middle of the ocean.

Lindsey Stirlings new albums are amazing, listening to the new Christmas one right now, also Artemis, I know artemis came out awhile ago and was planning on listening to it but never got around to it. I have her 1st 4 albums on CD and digitally. Her 1st Christmas album was great too, all her music is so wonderful. Been awhile since I listened to her stuff, used to listen to it everyday. I used to want to learn to play Electric Daisy on my violin when I still played violin.

There's going to be coffee/tea downstairs in the lobby community room later today because it's coffee/tea social day so I'm going to go down to that later and have some coffee

I am able to go down on mirtazapine, which is good, because that stuff was making me extremely tired, especially in combination with the other stuff I take.
Anyway, hoping this will go well. I also am back at 15 mg olanzapine, so that is helping a lot as well. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

I also signed up for a 2-week course about learning how to start my own English as a foreign language tutoring business. Anyway, I hope it is helpful.

My neck was still hurting and sleeping is awful so I went to a orthopaedic walk-in clinic today and got an X-ray and good news I didn’t herniate any discs or anything I just managed to somehow pull a muscle in my neck (either from the massage or in my sleep). I got a topical cream and told to take Tylenol and got a referral for physiotherapy (just have to find time to go there).
My poor mother last week she tripped up the stairs and hurt her ribs. She also came to the clinic and while nothing seems to be broken she bruised her ribs. And my sister woke up with a migraine this morning so we’re a mess today. Going to make turkey nachos for dinner and feel sorry for ourselves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I talked to my case manager about getting clothes. She's bringing some stuff over tomorrow from a agency she works for she said they get a lot of good stuff and most of it is women's clothing. So she's gonna call me on my intercom early tomorrow morning so I can go downstairs and check it out first. She also gave me a form where I can call and set up an appointment at that place I volunteered at to go to their clothing room and pick out some clothes. It's because my clothes are so old and worn out, I've been wearing the same stuff for years, I need stuff that's not as worn out, stuff that's better for colder weather, and just better fitting clothes because I've gained weight over the past couple years. So I'm gonna set up an appointment with them so I can go get some clothes.

I ordered an Arteza advent calendar, I doubt I’ll do it the 12 days before Xmas but instead use it randomly when I need a lift. We’ll see how it goes. I got the cheaper one because $80 seemed like too much, plus it had an awesome cardinal design.

I always have a stock of these in the winter….admittedly I’m lazy and usually microwave them for the six minutes instead of baking. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk __________________ Hugs! |

The cats new bowtie collars come tomorrow. 4 different designs. Two different Halloween designs (one for each cat) and two different Christmas designs. So I’ll try to take some pics this weekend of them in their Halloween bow ties for the holiday.

I’m lazy too and never feel like waiting 50 minutes for it to cook, it sucks it’s a long time to wait. lol but my microwave isn’t great and gets/sounds weird when it goes past 5 minutes so I usually use the oven for anything that takes longer than 5 minutes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Just wanted to report that I ran on the treadmill today and it made me feel a lot better. So much better in fact that I am making it a mandatory thing to do every day for at least 15 minutes. I'm going to try for that as a goal. If I can make it 5 minutes, that's fine as well. I think it helps clear my head.

As soon as it hits November the cats can wear their Christmas collars. Well Mustachio only briefly so I can take a picture, Maybelle can wear hers throughout the whole time of Christmas. Mustachio is always getting into stuff and getting her collar stuck, so I don’t trust leaving on on her unsupervised. Maybelle has never had a problem with collars. She’s used to wearing them and she is a senior and very relaxed, just likes to sleep a lot curled up
