I saw a recipe for a fusion a banana bread and brownies, it looked awesome but I’m trying to mostly avoid sweets…I could eat the whole pan of that lol.

I found a yoga app that I subscribed to so I'm trying to use it every day. It has been good so far. I like it.

You need to do a variety of things that engage your brain, might be video games, might be a musical Instrument, classes, foreign language etc etc….anything that’s not clicking on a screen.

I'm the screen 24/7. It's not a life. But what is life even becoming. I hate this world/reality so much. I give up.

What would happen if I was just taken off of all my meds and locked in a room.. or let loose on the streets.
I want a study done on that exact thing. Maybe artificial intelligence can give me answers in the future. Cuz I need to know what is happening really.... Need answers. Olanzepine is a helpful med. So is Vyvanse etc. But I'm just in isolation really bad (And existential crises). I like to think I have it all under control. Cuz yknow.. Every time I feel bad, I'm better within a few hours.. It's either a decision I've made or time resolving itself. Idk. The AI would have to be pretty sentient btw. So year 2500 AD or so. |

I love my mom... She works every day, comes home, cooks etc.
She asks how I'm doing every day when she comes home... And lately I've been pretty good. She asked if I needed to go to the hospital 2-3 times this year (And I said HELL NO.. lol..) But no things are all ok.. |

Desoxyn, do you ever just write in a journal? I find it somewhat therapeutic. Not saying it's the only answer, but it could help maybe.
It definitely helps me organize my thoughts. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |
