Went to my doctor today. My liver numbers are normal! Which is great. It means my fatty liver isn’t so bad now. I mean I didn’t tell my doctor too much about it but I’m down 60lbs so everyone is happy.

What sucks is that a lot of my clothes don’t fit well now. They’re getting baggy on me. Which is a good problem to have? But I feel sad like I wasted money buying these things. Some of them I bought within the last couple months even.

I decorated the huge bulletin board in the main lobby today with the winter decorations I picked that they bought. I'm doing the bulletin boards on the other two floors tomorrow

My tv is broke so I'm really looking forward to getting a new one. I don't want to miss the holiday specials & movies on tv. I don't have a computer or I guess I could stream things. Good for you, Blue_Bird, doing all that on the bulletin boards!

I have this week off of work. Monday I went for a massage. Tuesday I saw my doctor and went to Costco and also picked up some prescriptions. Today I went back to Costco to get a new toothbrush. And I don’t know what else to do with my time.
I’m watching tv with my mom. But I feel I want to get out and do things. I’ve already been to Starbucks twice this week I can’t go again. I don’t want to eat anything out. I don’t want to drink any calories so that leaves out smoothies or anything. My sister doesn’t want to spend money so there’s no going shopping. And it’s -15C and snow on the ground so there’s no going for walks or doing outdoor things. I did some biking earlier downstairs. But I just want to go do things. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone else smell things that probably aren’t really there?
Lately I’ve been smelling literal ****, like everywhere. It’s not me. I shower everyday etc. I was in the store the other day with my sister and she said she couldn’t smell anything. But it’s like a smell that constantly follows me around. I wish I could get drunk and forget everything. But I shouldn’t drink a lot. I had a margarita last night and that should last me until next week. My mom is worried that I’ll drink too much and I have to prove that I can be trusted around alcohol.

I’m considering coming off the metformin. I have to eat a lot of food to not get low blood sugar on it (I mean like shaking, throwing up if I don’t eat every three hours and if I don’t eat enough each time) it’s kind of getting annoying because the whole point of the metformin was to help me with losing weight, along with eating healthier and exercising. I feel like the all the eating I’m doing to prevent low blood sugar is cancelling out any positive effects it could have on my weight. It helped me lose 25 lbs when I was on it before but it almost doesn’t seem worth it now. I feel like I can just make these changes on my own and not have to take another med.

Blue_Bird, I have smelled things that I guess weren't in my outside world. Sometimes like a ghost was suddenly in the same room as me. I smelled perfume. I guess it's my brain doing it.
