Good sleep. Drank a coffee, 2pm got ready for the day. Lots of energy.

If my parents buy that house, it would be the best life ever (And it's likely to happen). It would be so insane..

I'll keep the same meds with psychiatrist.. 2x 40mg Vyvanse or at least an extra 10mg Dexedrine SR. I don't think I'll try Prozac.. Cuz lately, it's been good..

I plan to read "Jim Kwik's" book "Limitless" or something? I'll make a goal to read ~20 minutes a day.. + The running (Once it warms up).

I'm not sure exactly 100% what I'm doing, but got to fake it a little.

Hey everyone just doing a little reflecting and thinking about how grateful I am for everyone's support over the years. Because I've been active on this site for about three or four years now. It really does mean a lot.

My meeting with my housing support specialist went well



The goals that we have down are:

-Volunteer at the library: I put in a volunteer application at the library, I just need to call and followup/ask how long it typically takes them to take volunteers

-Get the OBGYN visit done: I had my doctor put in a referral put in last week, so I will be calling to ask them about that since I haven't heard anything back from them either, it's just for an annual pap exam since I haven't had one in over 3 years

-Go back to college in August: Everything is still on track with that, just have to sign up for classes when it gets closer to the semseter starting

-Keep eating healthy, keep exercising, etc, she recommended/suggested I look into buying an air fryer since I'm kind of adraid of cooking things on the stove/oven. So I am going to be looking into getting one of those soon

I read for 50 minutes, and then I fell down an interdimensional empty ket cliff (As a treat). I was too nauseous to eat the eggs I've made. I told my mom, so ice about that is broken. I'll tell my psychiatrist.

My cognition is okay though. Good neuroplasticity. Autist coder friend is setting up a terminal session for when the nausea goes away.

I fasted for 25 hours then ate pasta that I made. Roasted tomatoes, peppers, onions. Roasted in olive oil, basil, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Mixed with Parmesan cheese and hot Italian sausage. Served over penne. So easy. So good.

I need to eat lighter. So much pasta lately. Mussel fettuccine, oxtail ragu, sausage pasta. Also risotto. Too heavy.

Salmon and broccoli tomorrow. Not sure if bbq seasoning or mustard and maple. Idk.

I like cooking. I’m just only eating the one meal a day. I know it’s not good. I can’t help it.

About to meditate for 20 minutes. Haven't done it in a few days. Exercising has helped my anxiety. I'm taking the day off it tomorrow. I just did 2 days in a row. So tomorrow none (no treadmill, weights, squats, (I am taking a walk to the store though hopefully tomorrow so that's a good 20 minutes of walking) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are the next days I'll be working out this week. I was gonna go to my friend's on Sunday but it's gonna be in the negatives and it's not good to be outside walking in that for 30 minutes. At least spring is coming. Eventually. I hope. We should have warmer days we coming at some point so we should be able to hang out more.

This weekend I just plan on exercising, cleaning, and playing through some of the campaign for my descent tabletop RPG game, watching more of season n 4 of stranger things on Netflix and working on reviewing the photography course lessons.

Mustachio is like a guard cat or something. She growls if she hears any activity in the hall in front of my apartment. Anytime someone walks by or a neighbor coming in with groceries or something is opening their door, she growls and runs to the door on full alert Roll Call 197
