Although clock went forward an hour. The Spring.. is coming.

Snowstorm tonight into Wednesday. 8 to 16 inches heavy snow and wind 35-45 mph

For my specific area we’re getting around 20 inches

I think it’s anxiety about worrying whether my apartment is clean enough, I always dissociate when I start worrying about that because I have like flashbacks to being homeless for years with my mom as a little kid

I’m not sure, I guess I could maybe paint?

I think I will paint. It will be something to take my attention off my anxiety and requires me to focus and be careful since the miniature models are so tiny

I painted for like 35 minutes. It helped briefly but now I’m dissociating worse so I took a klonopin just now

Update: my anxiety is a lot better now. I spent an hour reading and that helped. Might take a shower now just because hot water is good for like grounding myself.

Yeah it helped a lot (just took one) I’ve been taking showers everyday now. Normally I go a day in between and sometimes several days in between them because I just lack motivation but I’ve taken one everyday 3 days in a row now and the water helps relax me. I use like nice soaps and bath and body works lotions , so I smell good. I try to make it be a time where I take care of myself

There's a mandatory tenant's meeting on Thursday, about changes going forward in the program. I feel like they're targetting me even though logically they're probably not

Woke up depressed this morning, some of the craziest dreams I've ever had though. Now I feel pretty okay.

Still good, day 3 of 5mg olanzepine (Instead of 10mg).

Saw the allergist today.

Good news is he doesn’t believe lamotrigine is the cause of my rash/etc. I’m cleared to go back on. But I’m not sure if I can go straight back on? It’s only been a couple days off of it so I should be fine to start again? I called my doctor but haven’t heard back.

But that’s also like… why do I have a spot on my face? Why did I have headache, signs of an allergic reaction, fever, body aches, sweating, chills, and a lab detected immune response?? No idea.

Anyway, **** the seroquel I’ll go back to lamotrigine.

I have a follow up blood test with the allergist next month and then a phone call and an appointment later on in the year.

I see my regular doctor in a couple weeks. Hopefully I can just go back to how I was before this spot showed up.

And lastly, hope this spot goes away soon because it still worries me. Now I’m back to worrying I have skin cancer lol.

keep having sui thoughts. Sometimes I just want it to end. I hate myself sometimes I feel like a ****ing failure and I always feel so paranoid
