This is Mark as you are aware. I am living in forced delusion. I want to know that my wife is mine and I am not going to lose her. I had a relationship in 1995 and it really undermined me as a person. Currently, I have been with my wife for a long time. She has engaged in tactics to quiet me down as a means to toughen me up.

I want to say the good news is that God loves you. He wants the best for everybody but we have an issue sorting with me.

What is the best way to make connection to my wife to assure her I am ok and she is ok and that I am not seeking divorce but that I am seriously needing her to drop her games. Is there a reset?

I sure wish I knew how to be helpful to you but sadly I have never been good with relationships. Hopefully others here will see your post and respond with useful ideas for you.
