My sleep schedule is ****ed up right now. I slept most of the past two days, like till 2pm in the afternoon each day. And now I am up all night and have my volunteer shift in the morning. I'm hoping I can reverse my sleep routine back to normal after staying up throughout the day today. It's 2am now. I played yugioh with my bf yesterday over Facetime video call, was fun. It's a very complex card/strategy game but I feel like I'm starting to learn it better every time I play. We're both learning it together. Anyway I'm having fun with it. Sunday will be my 29th birthday, I'm going to my friend's house on Saturday and we're gonna have Chinese takeout and play some games, should be a lot of fun. I was very depressed over the three day weekend but I'm feeling a little better now, almost euphoric actually, I found some new music to listen to and it's amazing (soundtrack from Demon Slayer actually) and it's amazing and is putting me in a really good mood. Something about good music can just make me feel amazing

Well I guess I should start getting ready for the day. It’s 5 now. I don’t have to leave until 9:15am but I want to make sure I’m ready with plenty of time left. Guess I’ll wash my face with some cleanser, put on moisturizer, sunscreen, eat breakfast, brush/floss teeth, and get dressed, feed my cats I might sit outside in the courtyard
for awhile around 7am just to get some fresh air for a bit and read a bit. I’m going to the food pantry tomorrow morning. I’m feeling a lot better than I was over the 3 day weekend. Mentally at least. Still dealing with that low blood sugar stuff but calling my doctor today to ask for the bloodwork to be done so I can find out about my blood sugar/if I have diabetes. Anyway, hope you all have a good day I’ll probably be on later today at some point after I get home. Just fantastic. I’m dissociating. I should have slept. Even if just for a few hours. Lack of sleep just makes it worse. I need to get there and get it done and get home. I’m kind of scared to go anywhere though

I talked with a nurse about the low blood sugar thing she’s gonna talk to my doctor when he’s in the office to see what he wants to do, in the meantime she said to eat every two to 3 hours

My ACT team kinda sucks right now. My case manager is out for the month for surgery, my therapist has cancelled the last two weeks, my pdoc is on vacation, and my peer support person has been AWOL for three weeks. So basically all I have right now is the on-call number for a crisis (and they're hit or miss).
Also have poison ivy all over my arm and belly, itchy! __________________ If any chord that I could strum Make me feel less like a man I'd slam my fingers in the doorway And shatter all the bones So I could never strum again |

There’s this pair of black cats at the place I volunteer, one is named Onyx and the other is named Ruby. They’re sisters and they’re so adorable, they are around 3 years old and were dumped on the street together. So freaking heartbreaking, I hope they get a good home together. They’re so sweet. And Onyx has this face that almost looks human , she’s got the saddest looking eyes , she’s so sweet and cuddly. I love them. Sir Batman is still there too, he’s wasn’t interested in coming out but he did seem interested in a toy when I held it out to him. He’s like 4 years old. I love them all. I hope they all get permanent homes. They all deserve the best

Got a letter that my June 29th hepatology appointment has been changed to August 10th. Annoying. I hate waiting for things. Gonna worry me until I get my test results that day.

My doctor should be in the office tomorrow. He’s usually in on Thursdays. (He works in two locations) So I should hear back about what he wants to do regarding the possible blood sugar issue. Probably will need to do bloodwork since it’s been way over a year since I’ve had any done. I’m nervous about finding out whether I have diabetes or prediabetes or whatever , I hope I don’t but it would kind of explain some things if I do end up having it. Either way I’m scared to know.

Hey everyone, just a general update, I'm doing fine, just need to start seeing a therapist in the US again cause I've been doing therapy in Spanish down here in Argentina and the truth is that it is not going too well, and my psychiatrist down here keeps raising meds and adding meds here and there, and I am extremely frustrated with that, and I don't know how to deal with it.

My doctor ordered bloodwork for the blood sugar thing, so I’m going in Monday morning to get that taken care of.
