Good morning, up early, it's 4am, couldn't get back to sleep so am up for the day now. Got work from 12pm to 7pm so am going to head out to the bus stop around 10:40am.
I get paid friday, it's for last week, last week I only worked 7 hours so it won't be a lot. But next week I get paid for 25 plus hours of work this week. It has sucked and been hard but I'm happy I've done it, that paycheck will be my biggest one yet. I'm probably gonna stop at the pizza place again when I get off work tonight to buy a slice of pizza to take home. Cause I know I won't feel up to preparing anything to eat after a 7 hour shift and I won't be home till like 8pm so it will be late and I'll be tired. It's like $1.50 for a slice and they're huge. Probably skipping the soda this time though because I'm trying to drink more water. Anyway, yeah should be a good day. I don't work again after tonight until Sunday unless they call me in. If they do I'll probably take it. I've worked 25 hours this week so far (after todays shift) In general I feel good about working. It's not easy but I'm glad I'm doing it. I am sorry if I complained a lot the past few days. Two back to back shifts on no sleep doing inventory for 13 hours was a nightmare, plus that corporate lady showing up and rushing everyone and getting mad at people because they wanted the entire store scanned and counted by a certain time. But now that that's over I'm back to cashiering and it's not nearly as bad. Thankfully inventory is only like 4 times a year I think. Hopefully next time they do inventory I'm not on it. __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I woke up early this morning. Got out of bed at 10am. Still doing things with me aunt and uncle - It's super fun! They're really kind, understanding, comfortable people.
I spent a few hours, just talking about philosophical thoughts with my uncle (He's really smart) - He said that he started to have the same thoughts at age ~30, and finally (After 20 years), things are mostly figured out. So it will be a fun next 20 years.. By that time, I shall be successful.. I have different opinions now too about political views.. It's not as bad as I make it out to be. 60mg of Vyvanse and 20mg of Dexedrine (In the morning) is kind of a harsh dose to use to wake up (Barely does anything, but is helpful). Not sure what to do about it. 20mg of Dexedrine (At 1-2pm) gives good focus for the rest of the day... I'm grateful I guess. I just wish I had PRN doses - Cuz I take 1-2 extra days worth of capsules once a month, so refill them every 29 days instead of 30. I usually repay the debt the next day though. The antipsychotic is zero problem.. Off olanzepine, on Invega. Atenolol twice a day.. Stops physical anxiety.. Lowest dose of pregabalin.. Helps quite a bit with depression and apathy Zopiclone.. Sleep med, works really well PRN clonazepam.. Rarely use it anymore And drugs?; A mild antidepressant - Similar to weed (But less relaxing, more comfortable, and no "weed ideas"). Medicinal mush (Microdose, very rarely) Medicinal R/S-ket isomers (Don't really use anymore). Phenibut (Replaced with pregabalin - But I'll take a low dose sometimes, when I am to be social). One coffee a day, and lots of nicotine gum. |

I got offered a key position as a talent acquisition team person. So I’ll be running orientation for people eventually and even doing interviews for people I’ll still be doing cashiering too

One of the managers called me into his office today to talk. I was afraid I was getting fired or something but he said since he’s been here he’s been really pleased with my work and wanted to offer me that additional position , so I’m really thrilled

So according to my sleep tracker I’ve had 18 hours of sleep over the past 7 nights. I got sent home from IOP early today and they didn’t even want to do that because they weren’t sure if I should be driving. They told me not to come in tomorrow if I don’t sleep. I’m at that other patients place now.

Thank you! I was not expecting to be promoted , that is the furthest thing from anything I’d ever imagine lol I was expecting to be fired due to feeling like I’m inadequate at my job. So it was a huge surprise and a great surprise. I start training on the 24th I think. They said they’ll train me how to do everything. 12 hours a week every week will be spent doing that job as a talent acquisition team member conducting interviews, choosing people to pass on to the hiring manager that I think should be hired and helping do orientation for new employees. Aside from that I’ll still be cashiering whenever I have time. I have tomorrow off as far as I know. Will be nice to sleep in some. And I need to go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds that have been sitting there for a week and I need to pick up my library request that’s been sitting there for days. I’m not scheduled to work again until Sunday which is nice because I just worked 4 days in a row. Gonna spend my free time practicing violin and catching up on chores, plus spending time with my bf.
I get paid Thursday night/early Friday morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I slept till 1:30pm! I have today off though so it’s fine. It felt good. My paycheck is over double what I thought I’td be because I miscalculated it. So that’s nice. I want to go buy clothes at work with my employee discount but I don’t feel like going on my days off so I will shop after I clock out whenever my next shift is.

I'm feeling more and more like going back home. It's not necessarily possible because my friend lives there half the time. But I'd like to be on my own with a cat or two.
