I signed uo for 3 volunteer shifts for the upcoming week and a half, so I have a morning shift doing meal prep/serving food in the morning this Wednesday, Friday, and the following Thursday. They're 2 hours each. And of course I have my regular weekly Tuesday shift with Kitten Angels. I also applied to a bunch more jobs. So hopefully I hear something. Getting a little frustrated with it

I applied for a part time position with Burlington last night and now have a job interview with Burlington on Wednesday, hopefully I get it! Also it’s in the same plaza the Petsmart where I volunteer is which is very convenient

Hey hey hey.
Been good. I started taking iron pills about a week and a half ago and I feel so much better. I feel normal. No lightheadedness, no fatigue, no headache, no restless legs. All good. Sent an email to see if I can reactive my gym membership sooner. I put it on hold for a month but a I’m all good now so I want to go back. I downloaded the pharmacy app so I can manage my prescriptions on my phone. I love it. Saw my doctor this morning. Told him how I’m doing. There’s still this immune response in my bloodwork so my doctor is going to refer it to this other doctor I’m seeing (an internist) to figure out if it’s either lupus or my thyroid or some other autoimmune thing. Oh, I saw my psychologist yesterday. Talked over stuff. Did some crying. Mostly talking about eating issues and my lack of trust in people (and sometimes being over trusting and being bitten in the *** because of it). Feeling like a burden. Stuff like that. I also told her I feel mentally like I’m stuck in my early 20s back to when I first stated being mentally ill. So we’re exploring all that. See her again in a couple weeks. Today I have an acupuncture appointment. Saturday I have a chiropractor appointment. Been distracted at work though. I need to get work done. Last week I was so distracted but I got a second wind Friday night and worked until 9pm. But yeah. Psychologist yesterday. Family doctor today. Acupuncture tonight. Chiropractor on Saturday. Then have chiropractor and dietician and naturopath in September. Probably more acupuncture. Then October I have CT scan, chat with the gastro doctor, see the gynaecologist, and the internist. See my family doctor again on Halloween. Maybe I’ll dress up Pretty much all my appointments coming up. So I’m feeling good. Keeping up with good health. Oh, I realize I don’t feel that great eating like chips and dairy so I’m going to stop eating chips and stop eating dairy for now. Maybe the naturopath next month can give some insight to food sensitivities. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’m glad you’re feeling mostly well Cogladaid, I hope your appointments are helpful and provide some insight into things going on

I overslept any a LOT and missed my volunteer shift with the kitties today. I feel horrible. I apologized to the adoption coordinator and she said it was okay. Anyway, I’m trying to get my sleep back in a normal routine so it doesn’t happen again. I feel bad/guilty about it though.
I have my phone interview tomorrow for the job with Burlington. So hopefully I get it. I also have a volunteer shift tomorrow (not with the kitties, with the shelter to serve meals to the community) so I’m going to make sure I make it to that. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I’ve been using the Pokémon Go mobile game to get myself to get out and walk more/get exercise outside. It’s definitely a fun motivator to take a lot of walks
I also started using the Pokémon Sleep game they came out with. Which tracks your sleep and makes it into a sort of game. It’s a lot of fun as well. Two games that support healthy habits (exercising and sleeping) so that’s cool Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Watched some anime (Full metal Alchemist: Brotherhood) and played a couple rounds of the yugioh card game with my boyfriend today. He won the first round and I won the 2nd round. I like the deck I’m using now, I’m doing better with it. Sorry I know this is like boring stuff to a lot of people but I love these types of card games and RPG board games , and videogames etc. lol

happy Wednesday (it’s now 1:37am here at the moment) up because I can’t sleep since I overslept so much yesterday, I need to buy an actual annoyingly loud physical alarm clock and set it across my room to force myself up out of bed in the mornings, it’s hard to get up with being on the Thorazine Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Ahhhh I feel so nervous about my interview today. It’s only my 2nd ever job interview in my life. I’m pretty sure my first one like 5 months ago with Burger King I didn’t get it because I was really not confident during the interview and didn’t sell myself at all really. I am hoping this one goes better. I wrote out some key points about myself/my good key qualities that I want to remember to make that I think will make me a good candidate and I wrote out 3 questions for the ending of the interview when they ask if I have any questions for them. I’m also gonna emphasize all my volunteer work experience and what I did in the temp job I was at at one point (it was in a factory scanning and processing orders for shipment). Being very detail oriented, organized, good with people, hard working
(It’s a phone interview, so I can look at my questions etc while I’m talking to remind myself ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Just got back from my volunteer shift. It went well. diced 20 large onions for the lasagne they’re making for their lunch shift then sliced sandwich bread, prepared like 40 sandwiches then sliced like 7 large tomatoes and packaged them in styrafoam boxes with a bag of chips, pickles, and onions.
I’m tired. But it felt good to do something. I’m glad I went. Now I’m just trying to unwind for like an hour before my job interview call comes in While I walked to my volunteer shift I caught a bunch of Pokémon on Pokémon Go lol it’s really motivating me to get out and walk a lot. Also have a massive headache right now so I’m gonna eat then take some i ibuprofen and hope it goes away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

It’s done. The guy was super friendly, he said that I’d hear back in a day or 2 if I got it. He asked how I think I did and I said I think I did good and that I’m a good fit for this. He said I was really in the zone and did great lol
The job would be cashier work. He also said I am already ahead of the game because I actually answered the phone unlike a lot of people. I told him about all my volunteer experience and that my schedule is flexible and that the only day I can’t work is on Tuesdays. He told me about his cats lol cause I mentioned volunteering at the Petsmart in the same plaza. I told them about my temp job at the factory in Kentucky scanning and processing orders I did for awhile __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

. He said that’s really good experience to have and that scanning items as a cashier there is very simple so it wouldn’t be a difficult job. He said it’s good I told him I can’t do Tuesdays but that I can do any other time because he had someone he hired who started working there last week who told him their schedule was open completely and flexible and they then asked for 2 days off every week after the fact once they were already hired. So he said he was glad I mentioned upfront that Tuesdays don’t work for me cause now he knows that and can remember that.

I’m stuck on Thorazine but I don’t know how to combat the tiredness , I have a really hard time waking up in the mornings, like on Tuesday I slept through my 7 alarms for my 9am volunteer shift and slept till 12:30pm. Any tips would be appreciated. I hope this doesn’t make working difficult if I get the job
